Ajio - Return not being picked up

I placed a return request for my sneakers on **th march ****, its **th april **** the item has not been picked up for return, they have cancelled the request * times in this period and have never assigned anyone to pick up the item, this is such a rip off- such a huge company and they say they have logistical issues. Logistical issues that havent been solved for more than ** days, no kidding- never ordering from here again
