I have booked * Orders with shopclues.com, and thereafter products received against each order are of very low quality and also partially damaged, hence I have filed Return of the items within the return period, but Return not being accepted for one Order and Return pick-up not being arranged for the Other order.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
