I am purchases a Tabard Light Grey & Beige Printed Kurta & Churidar Set vide Order ID: ********* dated ** Sep **** but the quality of product is very poor and also dealer not attached price tag.
I submitted return request within * hours to Tata Cliq with a mark that price tag is not received but there courier partner is refuse to collect product then I again submitted an online complain but tata representative Ms. Rozi is blaming me that I am return other item.
I think Tata Cliq is protect their dealer even poor quality and item delivered without tag.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
