Tata Cliq - Return issue

I had ordered a Levis jeans which I placed a return request for within *-* days of it being delivered as I didn’t like the product. I was informed on the app that the return will be picked up within * days; however for ** days the return wasn’t picked up. I cancelled the return request to re do the return process, however it is now showing that return period is over. I contacted the customer service to describe the issue I faced, however they didn’t even care to resolve the issue despite being a huge delay in order pickup from Tata Cliq in the first place.
