I purchased a Silvermerc Designs Mangalsutra with earrings which I requested for return on **th Nov'**.
Pickup person came and asked for some * digit serial number which is no where mentioned on the Invoice or the item box. So I called to Customer Care regarding the issue,they simply gave me the particular date to resolve the issue.
Its been a more than a week that everytime pickup person is asking for serial number which is not there on the invoice so pickup gets failed and when I ask the same thing to customer care then again they provide me the another date.
This is really not acceptable by Myntra.
I am really upset and agitated with myntra services and customer care handling.
I really need the solution. And refund

Myntra Delivery boy didn’t come up for exchange product delivery rather it just shows exchange on hold as tag is missing from the product but tag is still present on the product.
