This is to certify you that I have made a return request for Redmi Note *S *GB ** GB on **th of August. Afterthat I got a call from flipkart executive and he said that a technician will visit and solve your problem and if you're not satisfied with him then you can return the product and we will make the refund to your original payment mode. Because it was the second time I got the defective product after the replacement, which too was delayed by a week and not delivered in promised time.
The so called technician who has no knowledge visited from Jeeves technologies, checked my phone and I told him about heating and hanging issue. He said all Redmi phones have heating issues and suggest me to don't buy any Redmi phones and insists me to buy only Oppo phones. He didn't even tried to listen and understand my problem and keep calling somebody on phone and talking for long time. Few minutes later he said that everything seems okay from his side though it is a Redmi phone it will have heating issues and hanging issues. But I clearly told him that neither I am satisfied with you and nor my problem has been solved. Then he said he will forward my statement to flipkart. But he didn't.
Around *:** pm when I have checked my flipkart account it was showing that your return has been cancelled as your problem has been solved. I was shocked to see this that how can my return automatically get cancelled by flipkart. And why didn't they informed me, message me or mailed me about this? And why the hell they are not returning my
product and giving the refund?
The first thing is that due to the problem of heating and hanging sometimes
I have made the return request, which was clearly mentioned on the flipkart
website that product will get return and you'll get back refund to your original
mode of payment. But the return has been cancelled on it's own and I hadn't been
notified on my phone or on my mail.
Second thing is that the return was still valid till **th August , as showing on flipkart website. And luckily after trying for more
than One and an half hour I have contacted customer care, talked to him
for about ** minutes and he said that he can't do anything and just said sorry for not informing about the automatically cancellation of return on its own.
I have the call records.
Third thing is that there is/was an open return policy clearly mentioned
on flipkart website/ app. Then how come a customer, a plus member can be
denied for return? Then whats the use of online shopping if you can't return the defective and fault product which clearly comes under flipkart return policy? Its clearly mentioned and people knows that there is a valid return policy provide by the company, which itself is a liberty of online shopping for any customer to return his/her product if its not up to the mark, has some problem or whether it is defective and not working in the proper manner.
Fourth and the most important thing is that till midnight of **th August, there was clearly written on the website that Don't worry. If you are not satisfied with the problem issue
then you can still make the return till today **th August. I have also requested and inform about this to the customer care but nobody has helped me.
So its a humble request to you to please look into this matter seriously. Hope to hear only for a proper solution from you.
