I had ordered products multiple (*) times on Zivame. Once I had two products, of which one product was returned and another was exchanged. But the return product's status shows "Return cancelled" even though it was picked up.
In another order, there were two products. One product was rejected and another was retuned the next day. Both the products status are "Return requested" and "In transit". It has been a couple of days and status is same. I did not receive the refund for any of these products.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
