My order has been delivered on time, then I wore that dress I'm not satisfied with the size/fit then I decided to return it, but I was not able to return the dress because order status has not been updated in my Myntra app and in fact it is showing wrong status i.e "your order has been cancelled". about this issue I have called Myntra customer service for ** days regularly but I'm not getting proper response and problem is not solved yet.
Finally, I want my product to be returned and then I want complete refund of it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
