Dear sir,
I got your site reference from internet, so we approach you to help us.
We have ordered *door wardrobe from Pepperfry on dated **th Sep'**** for us. Order No. *********. We got delivery of the same on *th Oct'****, same day carpenter who assign for installation work of the same is not feeling wel so the installation process get delayed. Because we both husband and wife are working, we request carpenter to please visit on saturday or sunday for installation work of the same and he also agreed for the same. Then the carpenter is came for installation on **th Oct'****.
While fixing all hinges he realised that the product received is faulty, the sides of wardrobe which we received are of same sides. Two panels of left side are received, right side panel is not their in received product. So he asked to send mail to pepperfry regarding the same and also asked me to update the same with customer care. So we update the same on mail as wel as on phone with them on **th and **th Oct'****, they accept the request and mail us that they will treat this on urgent basis and revert in **-** hrs with us.
After that every day i am doing followup with these guys, but they are just doing time pass on it, finally i asked them we dont want this product, please proceed for refund and pickup of the faulty product, then again the process is delayed from there side. Then on saturday we request them to do pickup on sunday, so they arrange pickup but before there pickup process they send there carpenter for dessemble the hardware which is install by earlier carpenter. The same day carpenter came to our home and dessemble the product and update the same on there portal. Its very much possible that day that they will pickup the process, but they have cancelled that day pickup and aske they will treat this matter in **hrs.
From Monday continue three days they will send me sms stating your pickup is planned today and below that they have mention the pickup person name and his mobile number. But it was found that the number which they have shared with us on sms is wrong number, so we continuoisly daily update the same with their customer care team and return department. But the same is not taken seriously by these team members. Again and again they share the same number. The persons from pepperfry Mr. Naresh and there senior person from returns Mr. Kalpesh are now not coming on the phone. And every time lady aur another persons only regret's for the same very politely.
They stated in their calls that the refund is process within *days after pickup is done, but till date the pickup is not done.
In this whole process there is no fault from my side, the fault is totally from Pepperfry side, but the sufferer is me as a customer and my money is still held with them. And for that they dont bother the same. Even they dont do any courtesy call for the same.
So requesting you to please help me out from this.
Also attaching invoice of the same for your reference. I have all call recordings which we had during my calling to customer care support. These companies are not treating wel with there customer.
