I did booking through MakeMyTrip on **/**/** for Bharat resort Mahabaleshwar for *th and *th June. MMT confirmed the booking and sent me a receipt also. I reached at Mahabaleshwar on *th June and came to notice that Bharat resort had cancelled my booking though MMT has taken the charge. Now I was at Mahabaleshwar with my family without any hotel and resort. MMT customer cares not reachable. I did the booking in another hotel after a lengthy search. Now what?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
