I booked Saudia Airlines flight from Goibibo . The flight was from Hyderabad to Paris via Jeddha. The layover at Jeddha was ** hrs (approx.), I got to know after booking this ticket that transit visa shall be required for layover of more than ** hrs. Most of the travel consultancies I talked to don't deal with saudi visa. It is near to impossible to get transit visa of Saudi. Thus, I decided reschedule my ticket in way that I get less layover at Jeddah. I have been calling Goibibo, (now it is more than I week) requesting them to reschedule my ticket accordingly and also giving them the flexibility of choosing dates from the Month of April and May so that it can be easy for them to reschedule my ticket.
The customer care executives are making fool of me, every time I call them they say that Airline is not reverting to their request. (NOTE- I called Saudia Airlines also, they said that they revert quickly and they can't reschedule with my request since I have booked the ticket through Goibibo). Thus, Airlines is not at fault! My flight cost is non-refundable, It is hard to obtain transit visa, What I am supposed to do? I have lost my money!
Kindly take strict action against Goibibo, it is looting hard earned money of people.
