Kaustubh filed complaint against Goibibo airlines on Feb 24, 2026
I have booked two air tickets from Goibibo application, Spicejet flight from Delhi to Patna,on **/**/****,In the name of Utra Kumari (PNR P*JLRI) And Kaustubh (PNR FJWVHE).The flight instead of landing in Patna,landed in Kolkata,and there we were deboarded from the flight and were promised to get full refund of the tickets.I have raised a complaint on Airsewa Portal against Spicejet and they have refunded both the tickets fare to the travel partner Goibibo.
Further I have received the refund of one of the PNR - P*JLRI, in the name of Utra Kumari,but they have not refunded the money for the other PNR FJWVHE, in the name of Kaustubh.
I have trying to reach both spicejet as well as Goibibo, Spicejet says they have refunded the money and Goibibo is saying they have not received it.
I'm very much dissatisfied by both of these and would like to intervene from your application.
