Goibibo airlines - Flight Booking Refund

Dear Team,
I had booked my flight via goibibo from Riyadh to Pune for the amount of ***** INR. But due to certain changes I had cancelled my flight on **th October and got the confirmation that amount of **** will be refunded to me. And below information were already shared through email bit still there is no response nor communication received from goibibo.
This is to inform you that I had cancelled my flight on **th October through Airline and till now I haven't received the refund of **** as per email confirmation by Airline. And now today when I was trying to connect for refund it is notified to me that the refund amount is **** INR which is not as per process.
