The refund pertaining to **** Pandemic lock down cancelled flight bookings were refunded by Airlines however GOIBIBO does not show responsibility and action to initiate / do refund back to our account despite details provided / request raised and following up for months.
Plz escalate to their management to fulfil the entitled refund held by team.
