Easemytrip.com - Reschedule flight

Dear Concerned,
I have contacted Customer care of EasemyTrip.com about reschedule of Flight, Goa to Mumbai (Booking I'd. EMT*********) and spoke with Mr Satyam Tripathi. He was completely arrogant over call and upon asking him about why there is reschedule charges as I have an invoice mentioning reschedule charges as Zero. He was not only able to provide resolution to my query but also speaking very rudely. Surprisingly, he asked me from whom I have received an Invoice even after I have mentioned that I have booked tickets through EasemyTrip.com
I was completely agitated with his behaviour and such a poor Customer support.
I request CEO to look into this matter and arrange a Training program to its employees on how to not only handle Customers but also treat them with empathy.
