Daniel Tomic filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Mar 26, 2018
My fare doesn't reflect the upfront price and destination I was shown.
When I requested this Uber on */**/** at night it showed me the price that I will be charged and location (my home), it was around $**. Uber drove me back to my home, which is located in Long Island City, NY. Next morning I checked my Uber receipt (attached below) and it shows that Uber driver drove me all the way to the Bronx (**** Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY) which is not true. I really don't know why would show that I driver drove me all the way to the Bronx if I live in LIC. And the final total was %**.** instead of $**-ies.
I contact * times uber by filing a claim through their phone app and no one got back to me about this issue.
I would appreciate if you can help me resolve this issue by getting in touch with someone from Uber company.
