Manu filed complaint against Airtel on Mar 10, 2019
On *th September ****, I requested the customer care executive to please close the *g hotspot. He said he had lodged the request. But when I enquired today on **th September for checking the status, to my surprise the executive said the request is not lodged but instead I may have asked to retain. To this, I replied that please check the voice regarding between customer and the executive but they refused. This is a very pathetic service. Didn't expect this from Airtel. Very poor. Please help in resolving the issue.
