Intellipaat - Request for Refund of Course Fees Due to Course Cancellation

I paid for the data science course that I recently enrolled in at your institute and have been following up for last months

I regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, I have had to cancel my participation in the course. Despite my initial enthusiasm and commitment, changes in my personal circumstances have made it unfeasible for me to continue with the program at this time.

i had enrolled in month of august, on the other hand while my mother has been fighting with serious major health issues and passed away during the same month , due to which i could not focus on my studies and also i had to quit my job and since then i have not attended any single class, during her medical treatments. and she was only earning person in my family as my father got retired from his services in last year

In support of completing the course I have taken an education loan with leo team to complete the programme , due to financial instability in my family because of mother medical treatment and i was the only child of my parents i could not repay the loan amount back to leo team.

Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for the fees I have already paid for the course with the help of the Leo team. Kindly refund the whole loan amount back to leo time as i have been receiving the legal notice from Leo team and now i am not in position to deal with all these things.
