Harsh filed complaint against Make my trip on Oct 4, 2021
This is regarding Booking Id NL************* and Reference Number *****************.
As per one of our colleague, the cancellation break which was shared as mentioned below:
Hotel refund: Refund amount of hotel for new booking is Rs. ****/- (**** initial payment minus zero cancellation charges of Rs ***/-)
Car payment: Refund amount for Car would be Rs. ****/- (Initial payment from current booking will be adjusted with new booking post date change)
Hence, the total amount of Rs. ****/- will be refunded upon zero cancellation.
Out of Rs. ****/-, I have received Rs. ****/- only. So, I would request you to please process the remaining refund amount as early as possible since it's been close to * months now.
