Miniso india - Request for Pending Salary and Action Against Store Manager and h r team Janakpuri Miniso Store Delh

Dear Miniso Team,

I hope you are doing well. My name is [Manmohan Singh], and I worked at the Miniso Store, Janakpuri, Delhi from **th October to **th October.

On **th October (Diwali day), I fell ill and immediately informed my Store Manager about my health condition. Due to my illness, I was unable to continue working. I had requested that I be paid for the days I had worked (**th to **th October).

However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my salary for those days. My Store Manager told me that I had worked for * days and would be paid accordingly, but till now I have not received any payment. Additionally, the HR department informed me earlier that my salary was on hold, but now neither the HR nor the Store Manager is responding to my calls or messages.

Other employees from different Miniso stores, including those whose salaries were on hold, have already received their payments. I therefore request you to release my pending salary for the days I have worked and take strict action against the Store Manager for unprofessional behavior and negligence.

For your reference, my UK Lifestyle ID was created late by my Store Manager, which may have caused a delay earlier, but I have already completed my duties sincerely during the mentioned period.

Please look into this matter urgently and help me receive my rightful payment.
