**-**-**** , i have purchased two lipsticks from miniso Store located in Pacific mall , Dehradun.When we opened it at our home it was Dry from inside , it is almost dry even its brush is not got any fluid what to do now i need my issue resolve , my money got wasted in this product which is useless to me now. I have reached store also they are saying you can complain regarding the quality of product as they can not replace it .I need replacement or refund because product was defected and of no use for me now. i have put money on it i dont want waste my even single penny on this type of product.
Now they are only saying We really apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
Cosmetic products are final sale; we can not exchange the product.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
