MINISO INDIA - Store manager Nirmal Halder and co employees rude and misguiding with madeup fake policies

I bought an earphone which was defective. Upon approaching the store manager(MINISO India, Kolkata, South City, Mr. Nirmal Haldar) including his employees harassed and behave rudely by misguiding with a made up policy. Upon checking the policy the store manager could not present such made up policy.
I will never choose Miniso as my go to shop anymore. They were extremely rude to my family and asked us to take other steps if we had any complaints.
Miniso should understand how to choose well behaved store manager who can help instead of hiring hooligans.
Store representatives asked my family to simply leave if we didn’t like their fake solution, and their manager supported them.
I would like to ask Miniso Management hire people who can do their job well.
