Jeeves And Flipkart - Request for Full Refund of Jeeves Complete Care Protection Plan

I purchased a Blaupunkt TV from Flipkart along with a Jeeves Complete Care Protection plan. The TV had issues from the day of installation. Despite multiple follow-ups, the service team only replaced parts twice, and the issue still remained unresolved. Customer service repeatedly asked me to send emails every time I called, causing unnecessary delays and no real progress.
Eventually, Flipkart accepted the TV return and uninstalled the product. Since I no longer have the TV, the Jeeves protection plan is no longer applicable. However, Jeeves is not responding to my refund request for the protection plan, even though the TV has been returned.
I want a full refund of the Jeeves Complete Care Protection plan amount, since the product it covers has been returned and is no longer in my possession.
