Respected Sir/Madam,
I, wish to file a complaint against PlanetSpark for unfair trade practices, lack of transparency, misrepresentation, and deficiency in services. The details of the matter are as follows:
*. Facts of the Case:
I enrolled in a course offered by PlanetSpark through their counselor , who processed my admission via WhatsApp.
At the time of enrollment, no Terms and Conditions were disclosed to me, nor was I asked to explicitly accept any cancellation or refund policy.
I was also not provided with any written document or proper explanation regarding the policies.
The course fee was approximately ₹**,***, out of which I have already paid:
₹*,*** (Down payment)
₹*,*** (EMI deducted)
As per my understanding, I have attended only *–* classes, whereas the company is falsely claiming that I have attended more classes.
The classes conducted were not as per my requirements, and the agreed schedule and structure were not properly followed.
Additionally, I faced technical issues while logging into the portal, where it showed “User Not Found,” preventing me from accessing my account and raising requests.
*. Grievance:
The company is now refusing to cancel the course and denying refund, citing a policy that was never disclosed or accepted by me.
They are also demanding an additional amount of ₹**,*** to process cancellation and EMI closure, which is completely unjustified.
This clearly amounts to:
Misrepresentation at the time of sale
Unfair trade practices
Deficiency in service
Harassment of a consumer
*. Relief Sought:
I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly direct the Opposite Party to:
Cancel my course immediately
Close my Bajaj EMI account without any additional charges
Refund the amount already paid (₹*,*** + ₹*,***), after reasonable adjustment if applicable
Take appropriate action against the company for unfair trade practices and misleading conduct

I have also come across other consumers facing similar issues with the company, indicating a pattern of misleading practices.

I hereby declare that the facts stated above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
