I, Hiral Vasava, enrolled my daughter Vaidehi Vasava with PlanetSpark under Enrolment ID: ***** and paid an amount of ₹**,*** for their services. However, due to negative reviews and a change in decision, I raised a refund request shortly after the payment.
Despite multiple emails, follow-ups, and calls, my refund has not been processed. I have already spoken to two representatives – Mr. Shubhranshu Yadav (Senior Academic Counsellor) and Mr. Faisal – who informed me that I would receive a verification link to proceed with the refund. However, I have not received any such written confirmation or link so far.
Instead, I keep getting automated, copy-paste replies from the support team stating that “the relevant team will connect” or “the concern has been shared,” with no real action taken.
This delay and lack of proper communication have caused me mental stress and inconvenience. I have clearly and repeatedly requested the refund process to be initiated formally, but PlanetSpark has failed to act responsibly.
I am requesting immediate intervention from the Consumer Forum to ensure that PlanetSpark initiates my refund without any further delay.
