PlanetSpark AKA WINSPARK INNOVATIONS LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED - Fraudulent Enrollment Unauthorized EMI and Refund Refusal by PlanetSpark

I am sharing my deeply frustrating experience to warn other working professionals and families about the predatory practices of PlanetSpark (Winspark Innovations Learning Pvt. Ltd.).As an adult working professional, I explicitly registered for an English fluency course tailored for corporate communication. During the sales onboarding, I was severely misled. Upon receiving account access, I discovered that their entire curriculum is designed exclusively for K-** school children. It is completely useless for adults.I immediately demanded a cancellation via email before consuming a SINGLE official class (* classes attended). Instead of processing my refund, PlanetSpark resorted to highly unethical tactics:*️⃣ Complete Silence: They have deliberately ignored all my cancellation emails and refuse to provide written updates on my refund.*️⃣ Unauthorized Enrollment: Their team deceptively completed an online enrollment profile using my credentials without my knowledge or explicit consent.*️⃣ Forced EMI Scam: They took my full upfront credit card payment and converted it into an unauthorized monthly EMI bank loan without my permission or signature.Holding a consumer’s money hostage when ZERO services were rendered is a gross violation of the Consumer Protection Act, ****.I have already filed a formal dispute with my credit card bank for financial fraud, and a legal grievance has been submitted to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).If PlanetSpark management prides itself on ethics, I demand an immediate, ***% full reversal of my funds back to my original credit card. To everyone else: stay far away from this platform. They will trap your money and ignore your calls.
