I am filing this complaint against PlanetSpark (Planet Spark Edu Pvt. Ltd.) for failure to process a legitimate refund request despite multiple escalations over several weeks.

NATURE OF COMPLAINT
I enrolled in PlanetSpark's program and subsequently requested a refund/cancellation as per the refund policy stated on their official website. Despite this, my request has not been resolved.

In addition to non-resolution, I have experienced:
*. Repeated reassignment of my complaint across multiple agents with no continuity.
*. Persuasion-based conversations attempting to retain me as a customer, despite my clearly communicated decision to discontinue.
*. Tickets being marked as "Resolved" while the actual refund matter remains open.
*. No written resolution timeline provided despite repeated requests.
This constitutes an Unfair Trade Practice and Deficiency in Service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
RELIEF SOUGHT
*. Full refund of the amount paid, as per PlanetSpark's stated refund policy
*. Written confirmation of resolution within * working days
*. Appropriate compensation for mental harassment and time lost across multiple escalation cycles
I am willing to resolve this matter at the earliest opportunity. However, if no satisfactory resolution is received within * working days of this complaint, I will escalate this to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
