Nijasmon AH filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 22, 2022
I have purchased a study table in the link below from Flipkart. The product was delivered on the time but the product was damaged when it was opened by the technical person guy from Flipkart. So the return with replacement request was made at the same time by the Flipkart technical person. however, the replacement request is being canceled by the Flipkart seller side. So we made the request again and the same technical guy came again and verified and approved the replacement. but again the seller is canceling the replacement request. So I called customer support and they keep telling the same and asking me to make a replacement request again but they cannot assure if the same happen again or not. please help me and resolve this issue.
