Dear Flipkart,,,
I've purchased one Jeans of TokioTalkis company's on **th March. I've received wrong product so I've placed replacement on **th March. You've committed will give exchange n pickup by ** then date shif on **st March. Then issue been closed from your end..!!! Not even resolved or no feedback..
Being a prime customer i can't even expect this kind of service from your company.
You've not still give my Replacement, not even taking any positive initiative from your end since last **+days. Always I'm only calling for followups, & you're giving fake commitments & day by day telling to wait **hours **hours & so on.
It's almost **+times I've called to give my refund / replacement.
No positive Support from your end.

Last escalating number was : IN********************
But no feedback from your side.
Hilarious service FLIPKART !!!!!!!
I'll stop purchasing from your site.
