Sony - Replacement not provided

I am using a sony LED which stops working, i made a complaint to Sony( Complaint ref no. J********). This complaint was made on ** Sep, i request them to repair my TV. Service engineer from Sony visited my home and he said TV cant be repaired as its board is faulty and new board is not available with Sony. Then i asked them to provide replacement. Then they provide me a replacement offer by paying *****rs to them. But this offer is totally unacceptable, the price they are offering me is Rs **,***. How come i pay this much amount for replacement when i can buy the same model from market or from Ecommerce websites at cost of Rs *****.
Then i asked them "If you cant provide me an Affordable offer of replacement then pay me the Value of my TV that you are considering in replacement".
But they did not agreed to that also.
Now they withdrawn their offer and not replying to my emails
