Pravin Mane filed complaint against Lg on Dec 11, 2020
I brought Lg G*x cell phone from flipkarts big billion days sales and on **oct i received my product .
After ** days of use i am facing touch issue in my handset . i am unable to do any task touch is not working at all. I visited Lg store which is in andheri east and tell them this is a manufacturing defect and they agree with that in fact there are many people came for the same issue. The guy name paresh took my request for touch replacement part and raise in system Sr No. RNP************. And i registered this on **th November and that time he gave me tat around *to * days
After he went inside and had word with someone and then he told me that it will take ** to ** days
I wait for their tat after ** days their is no revert form their end i call them and ask they said spare parts are not available they said in December the parts will available
I tell them i cant wait that much its already more then ** days they said wait more . Yet this date also they are not sure or giving assurance talk with area manager saurabh. He is also not helpful for the same. I ask him that give me product replacement i just want that he said he cant and cannot mail this to me and also had word with branch manager Rajib shah he also asking. Me some more time.
