We have purchased a TV from the BAJAJ ELECTRONICS Habsiguda branch. They delivered the product same day but the technician who had to mall mount the TV showed up next day. He took out the TV from the carton and the TV came up to be faulty as it has lines on the display. We asked that technician to replace he asked us to wait for next day as he will get one.
After * days two technicians visited and they checked the product and confirmed it as faulty, they haven't replaced it though!
So now it's been * days and no one's answering the call from the store, no one showed up yet!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
