I have ordered flax and which is damaged one so I opted for replacement on **th and it’s been canceled * times and *th may also it got cancled from Flipkart and and from **th for every three days I raised replacement and it’s been cancelled. Every time cusmtor care person saying same within *days it’ll be solved but it didn’t happened. I have screenshots of cancelled dates .today is *th may and they told nothing about it .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
