DTDC - repeated false delivery attempts by dtdc kanpur city branch without contacting consignee

I am filing this grievance against DTDC Express Ltd for repeated deficiency in courier service.

My shipment (AWB / Order No: X********) is marked as Out for Delivery on **/**/**** at **:** AM from DTDC Kanpur City Branch. However, the delivery agent has not contacted me at all on my registered mobile number, despite the shipment being out for delivery for the entire day.

This is not the first incident. Earlier also, my parcels were returned by DTDC without any call or delivery attempt, falsely marking non-delivery. I was present at the delivery address and available at all times.

*. Ensure such repeated service lapses do not occur in future

This amounts to deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act.
