SNITCH APPARELS PVT LTD - Repeated delays in reverse pickup and exchange of product

I had initially received a product which had size issues. Due to which I lodged a size exchange request on their app and was notified that it will be picked up in ** hours. It has been a week now and the reverse pickup has been cancelled thrice now. Every time I try and contact them through their customer support on whatsapp and instagram they either don't respond or they give the same usual dialogue of an apology and that the issue has been escalated. All of this is never held true and I am given empty promises. This is not the first time that I have experienced this issue with the same brand. Their customer support and grievance addressal is useless and is extremely stressful and humiliating. I feel mentally tormented that I have to beg for something that I have paid for.
