I had placed an order with SNITCH, which was returned back in November. The date of return delivered is showing as **th of November. Till today. I have been trying to reach Snitch to understand about my refund, but they keep on stalling saying every time a new ticket is raised, but no solution. I have experienced similar thing in the past with nature funds where they delay on purpose and do not respond to customer request. I am attaching all my screenshots of the chat.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
