I am extremely disappointed with your customer service. I am a new customer and received torn tshirt with out any tag on *st December.
I tried returning the order on the same day and scheduled return request. My *st return request got cancelled by delhivery agent stating there is no tag. After multiple attempts, i spoke with your customer support team and scheduled another pick up. My *nd return request got cancelled and delhivery agent did not even show up. So i spoke again with the team and they scheduled another return request today. Today also same story the return request got cancelled and delhivery agent did not show up for the *th time.
THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNITCH.
