SNITCH APPARELS PVT LTD - Refund Issued Instead of Exchange Unfair Price Increase

I ordered a product from Snitch on **th February **** but had to request an exchange due to a size issue. However, the exchange process was mismanaged:

Repeated Delays: The pickup was rescheduled multiple times over a week despite my repeated follow-ups.
Refund Instead of Exchange: After waiting, the product was finally picked up on **th February, but instead of an exchange, I was issued a refund without my consent.
Unfair Price Increase: When I tried to reorder, I found the price had increased from ₹**** (what I originally paid) to ₹****, meaning I would now have to pay ₹*** more to get the same product.
Poor Customer Support: I was promised a senior representative would call me within ** hours, but no one responded until I escalated on Twitter. Even then, I was only offered future discounts, which is unfair since the issue was caused by their mismanagement.
Resolution Requested:
Provide a discount voucher or price adjustment so I can reorder at my original price.
Compensate ₹*** for delays and inconvenience caused due to their mismanagement.
Take action against the company for their unfair handling of the exchange process.
