Godrej Interio - Repair of branded sofa set of godrej interio company

I sent my sofa set for repair on **-**-**** to Godrej service center(M/s Ashmeet Furniture) with advance payment of Rs **,***/- as asked by them. They promised me to get my sofa repaired with in one week time. But after a lot of requests to them and constant follow up for more than * months, on **th march ****, they sent me my sofa in damaged/ crushed condition, which i returned immediately and again requested them to repair my sofa immediately. It has been more than * and half months, they are delaying me, despite various reminder via Email, telephone calls ,self visits and even on Whats app, my sofa set has not been repaired by them. please resolve my issue. I am also enclosing purchase bill and estimate for repair.
