Excellent Customer Services ,Godrej Interio Showroom at Rajkot-Gujarat delivered damaged sofa and damaged coffee table . * months have passed and we are still awaiting the replacement. Total payment was taken in advance.
Now, They are asking me now to pay delivery charges additional, in advance, for replacing the damaged goods for no fault of mine.
Even if i pay the delivery charges , there is no guarantee that i will get a defect free furniture, and situation may repeat.
Pl help. I am tired of waiting and it does not matter to them at all.
