IQBAL Mehmood filed complaint against Godrej Interio on Jul 8, 2019
I had purchased a Godrej Str Model * Item Code *********D***** on **/**/**** for Rs. ***** and along with a mirror to be fitted in the cupboard for Rs. ****/-. Receipt No ***** Godrej Interior at Visakhapatnam is issued along with a small receipt No *****. I had paid the full amount of Rs. *****/- by debit card in advance. I was told that the delivery will be made on **/**/**** by ** am.
However today I recieved a call from one Mr Laxman stating that they have received a damaged piece from their godown at Hyderabad and that the cupboard will be delivered after about ** days. Since I do not want to purchase the item with such delay. I have asked for the cancellation of my order and refund of money for which they have denied to acceded to my request.
I, therefore, lodge the complaint here and demand the refund of Rs. *****/- immediately from the company.
Please look into the matter.
