I had a problem in washing machine which was attended by Mr anish of urbancompany on **th March ****. After completing the work closed the complaint and charged *** inr. Yesterday ie on **th Mar I used the washing machine then I noticed water is leaking from bottom. Immediately I contacted technician and explained the problem. He told me that I will rectify it shortly but till then he stopped picking up my phone. Nor he turned up for rectify. Please do needful
