First of all the grievances team of urban clap assured me such repeated cases wont be happeing from *th april each and every professional is not arriving just because their manager vishal singh has told them do not
work in chawl I just do not understand from past ** days each and every professional use to arrive at my place from *th april I have face so much of issue this is seriously hilariously why I am getting repeat calls from your side such incidents will not occur again today namita her number is ****-****** she has already arrive before worked here now today when i have booked her again **th april she clearly refused this is *th time I am facing these issue from past day.
Depending on the case vishal singh guide them no to go . They are saying I am not muslim so no service will be provided Which is disgusting.The grievances team told me actions will be taken against the manager and professional why they are behaving like that .No actions are taken yet Just because I am not mulsim I am a hindu maratha I am facing such issue I am proud that I am Maharashtrain .

Fraud scam alert this is Hey urban company I am very much disappointed by your ** min services . I want to ask one single thing are people living in chawls not human being . Your professional are so disrespectful this is worst thing i am facing the worst night mare form past * weeks they accept the request and then the ask is this work from chawl and the cancel denie to come also I have not received refunds the chat associate is worst never replied . Firslty past months they use to come in chawls and work and now from past * weeks noone of the professional attend any work why is such unfair thing . i do not understand why do they accept why are they working if they do not want to work why are these bloodyfools of yours accepting request and saying firstly they say will come and then turns out cancelled with no refund why this is a trick by your company to fool people and steel their money #fraud company # @ministryofcooperateaffairs kindly take action on such fraud company these things are getting worst
Today also i have faced such issue and this the *th time which is extremely frustati g disappointing even worse getting day by day with no refund your professional didnot arrived at all calling me today she said my manager has said not to take booking of chawls why earlier they took the booking for past few months every girl is use to take booking and come from past * weeks this is the *th booking which has frustated me to an extreme level the dis appoinment is getting increased so much why their managers are teaching rubbish things why i do not understand even after i have paid why they accepted the payment why the accepted the booking if they do not want to work i am so much frustated n dis appointed to an extreme level . This the third time today urban clap seriously again namita has said vishal has said not to go why urban clap why today also i am facing such issue call me urgent and i want an urgent call right now .
Need an urgent call right now want to escalate these issue to senior persons who can atleast look into these and tell kanjurmarg east manager what the hell is wrong with their behaviour and professional .
