I am from Chennai and I booked for geyser repair through urban company in December ****. Person named "manimaran" attended and replaced the geyser coil, charged **** rs. Within four months the geyser has stopped working (coil problem). Contacted the technician continuously for a month to replace it. He never visited to replace. Big cheater and Urban company supports such thieves. Spent **** Rs for this. total waste of money by trusting urban company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
