UrbanCompany - My money got deducted but booking is not done

I booked urbancompany services for parlour and urbancompany membership together with a coupon code amounting ***rs, total cost was Rs ***, so the amount left *** I paid via UPI on **th December ****. The amount got deducted and there is still now no bookings are showing. I want the money back as soon as possible. There’s no proper button available to speak directly to customer care or mail about the incident. This is the worst thing happened, I want my money back, this is completely looting. I didn’t excepted such a cheap pathetic thing urbancompany will do. Whatever action. is required please take them soon and refund my amount of ***rs.
