I bought the redmi * on Jan **, **** from *GUD with warranty service of ** months. It got damaged one by due to overheat and then it stopped working. I requested for warranty service and they picked up the phone on around ** May **** for repair. the phone reached at service center on **rd May ****. I am continuously calling customer support since last ** days and the status is same as not repaired. It is a month now. they are not replying my mail. now even customer care number also no one is attending and getting disconnected. I want the repaired phone or replacement or refund. any of these will do.
