Madhavi Sessions filed complaint against Nestaway Technologies Private Limited on Mar 18, 2021
One of the tenants at my property managed by nestaway paid rent,
but his rent was not deposited to my account.
Nestaway lied to me that he is working from home and hence could not pay the rent.
In fact he was at my property only, paid the rent also, but nestaway did not transfer the amount.
When asked, they were citing dashboard issues repeatedly.
They never answer the calls, close the tickets on their own.
They also labelled the tenant as defaulter and harassed him though he paid rent on time.
They owe me **,***.
But I want a refund of ***** for my additional expenses of posting in this consumer forum
and also the mental agony I faced since November in trying to get the rent amounts from nestaway.
