Paytm - Rent payment stucked

I made a rent payment by paytm of ***** rs. On the date of * july at **.** am .. before the payment there is no instruction showing that it takes time of ** hour . But when i did the payment there is showing this'll take ** hour to credited the amount to receipient , now ** hours is already taken by paytm but they didnt solve my problem yet , and there are not giving me a proper response of my maiil and messages. This is not a small amount i have to give my landlord today ,so where can i arrange that much of money ..
