Reliance Retail Limited - Reliance Jio refusing to refund my Security Deposit

Dear Team,

I took Jio broadband connection on **/**/**** paying Rs. **** as security deposit.

Jio fiber service ID ************ linked to registered mobile number +** ***** *****.

I have cancelled my connection on the month of September **** and i returned the ONT device in very good working condition on **-September-**** .
The executive you took my device promised me i will get the refund money in **-** days time period from **-September-****.

But i am yet to receive my security deposit to the bank account provided to the executive for which OTP verification was also done.


I have paid **** INR via paytm and i have proof for the same , but when contacted customer support team they give me a silly answer saying the money paid for the order is not traceable hence it cannot be refunded back. As per JIO policy they will not provide connection to any customer without making the payment , i have proof for the payment done and also the receipt from JIO . They are refusing their own receipt this is puerile .

Could you please help me to get my hard earned money back. I have tried writing more than ** times to the customer care and i get varied answers all the time.

Your quickest action to my problem is highly appreciated.
