I subscribed a relaxed package paying **** RS on last Sunday dated **/**/****. Till I took the subscription I was constantly contacted and all the RMs executives, field managers, and all kind staffs were available. As soon as I paid the amount the RM Harshitha fell sick, there was no courtesy to inform the customer that the RM was on a long leave, neither they bothered to arrange any backup. It is a ** days plan and till today * days have passed but there is no update or any property suggestion. This is called as a relaxed plan but I am completely stressed and troubled by Nobroker. I am constantly calling them and they have not bothered to speak or provide any solution. Rather a RM called Pooja is ready to bare the consequences. A person called Laxmi hasn't understood my problem yet. She is unable to help me. New RM was assigned and she doesn't respond back at all.
